The Forgotten Coast

Environment Nature

The Forgotten Coast is one of the wildest places on Earth, over 100,000 hectares of untouched, nearly inaccessible wilderness. Here lie some of the oldest forests on the planet, along with the last wild rivers. This journey takes us upstream along the Ouinné River, all the way to its source in one of the country’s last cloud forests, where the landscapes seem to come straight out of a fairy tale.
